​​Top Biosciences, LLC is a startup biotechnology company dedicated to advancing research in Synthetic DNA Circles (SDCs) and DNA topoisomerases. We serve the scientific community through two primary strategic business areas.

1. Synthetic DNA Circle (SDC) Production

Our first division specializes in the in vitro production of Synthetic DNA Circles using patented, innovative biochemical technologies. Our scalable, bacteria-free platform provides SDCs ranging from 196 bp to several kilobases, in quantities from micrograms to milligrams. These products are engineered to support both fundamental basic research and advanced therapeutic applications.

2. Topoisomerase Assays and Enzyme Supply

​Our second business area focuses on the development of High-Throughput Screening (HTS) assays designed to identify inhibitors targeting DNA topoisomerases, with a specific emphasis on bacterial DNA gyrase. These cutting-edge assays facilitate the discovery of novel inhibitors, accelerating antibacterial research and drug development. Additionally, we provide purified E. coli and Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) gyrase enzymes to support rigorous scientific studies and experimental applications.
