Description: Plasmid pAB1 (2,757 bp) was constructed by inserting a 95 bp synthetic DNA fragment FL_AT42 between the SphI and BamHI sites of pUC18, and purified from E. coli Top10 strain carrying pAB1. Relaxed pAB1 was prepared by relaxing supercoiled pAB1 using variola virus DNA topoisomerase I or E. coli DNA topoisomerase I.
Concentrations: Two concentrations of Relaxed pAB1 are available: 0.2 mg/mL and 1mg/mL.
Shipping and storage: Relaxed pAB1 is shipped in storage buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, pH8.0 at 25 °C) on ice and should be stored in a -20 or -80°C freezer (-70-80°C) and is stable for at least 12 months in this condition.
